The predicament impacted me for several reasons. First, I am a giver, and their story resonated with me thinking of all the small business owners in my community in North Philadelphia, where I grew up, who struggled to survive. I never forgot these business owners, including my great-grandfather, who left a store to our family, but my family was not trained in running a business and lost the business. <\/p>\n
